Q: How big is the space inside the house?

A: The standard size is 2.40 × 6.00 m. It can be made by order. However, it should be noted that the bigger the house, the harder to relocate. 

Q: Where can I lease an affordable beach land? And how much it will cost?

We're encouraging more numbers of beach land owners to turn their unused land into a short-term tiny house parking rental (1 year minimum lease period). There will be more and more locations available around Samui in the near future.

As for a renter, you can purchase a tiny house and simply relocate your tiny house to your preferred spot…simple as that. No lawyer, no company set up, no accountant and no construction…you’re stress free. 

Q: Can I change the design?

A: Yes. A minor design change is free. For major changes, the fee will be based on the architect's surcharge.

Q: How long does it take to order a tiny house?

A: It depends on your chosen design and the queue of orders. For a standard design, and a normal queue...it's about 6-8weeks.

Q: What are the terms of payments?

A: 

1st payment: 30% upon ordering. 

2nd payment: 30% structure and roof completed. 

3rd payment: 30% walls, electrical, and water systems completed. 

Final payment: 10% on delivery.

Q: If I don't have a trailer, and want to relocate....how much is the towing fee?

A: It depends on the distance and difficulty of relocation. On normal level land that has no obstruction on Koh Samui, about 7,000–10,000 Baht. 

Q: Is there a guarantee for the construction?

A: 6 months product warranty under normal living and usage. 

Q: Is this type of house durable as compare to conventional house?

A: Yes, it is quite similar....if you take care of it well. In fact, it might be even easier to maintain a small house.
